A place that many visitors coming to Nashville Tennessee to go is what is known as the Opryland area by locals. I grew up just minutes away from what was in the beginning Opryland Theme Park. It was your typical amusement park with rides and shows, of course with a touch of country music. It was quite the tourist gift to Nashville. And that's one reason why many Nashvillians dismayed when he decided to demolish and build something different.
However, the site has grown and now offers more of an attraction to visitors to the city, and you have to get on a roller coaster.
First, if you like to eat, shop, eat and go movie, not the Opry Mills mall. Although I have not been at the Mall of America, nearly double Cities, which has similarities to that mall. It is not just to go purchases, but it's an entertainment center. Even restaurants such as the aquarium has a penchant for entertainment. The barn will appeal to you in Apple as you walk by and see in the window of the workers do their turnover famous apple. You'll find many more gifts on the inside and can not leave without buying something.
If you have an athlete during the trip, you want to visit the shop Pro Bass. It's easy to get lost in this store because it is so great. And kids (and maybe) will enjoy stopping by the fish tank and watch large fish swim return.
There is another store where you can watch craftsmen make banjos. Walk inside to find all types of stringed instruments and accessories. Perhaps you will return to a guitar and be on your way to stardom in country music!
There is a center court where there are frequent performances and competitions in progress. During the football season here is where the film of Jeff Fisher Show. Fisher is the coach of the Tennessee Titans.
Another guy is the tank bay. There is an entrance fee, but you can get up close.
There are many more stores for shoppers and things to do in the Opry Mills Mall From here you can make a day of his trip to mall.
