Ten tips wedding budget that will help brides stay within their budget and keep the cost of the wedding when planning your wedding outdoors.
1. Choose a stunning location. Wedding by the lake, the sunset wedding on a beach wedding ceremony in a botanical garden – the possibilities are endless. You do not have to worry about how to decorate the place. Mother Nature has already done for you!
2. Identify a specific number of guests invite and keep your list. Invite only close family and close friends. This is an important factor in keeping wedding costs down and stay within your budget.
3. Make your own wedding invitations. Look online and search for Do-It-Yourself wedding invitations or you can go to your own local craft stores. Also can choose to make their wedding invitations from scratch. My husband and I made our own. It is very involved and take long, but worth it. Our guests were very impressed. Above all, we helped a lot to stay within our wedding budget.
4. Keep your center of simple but elegant. Do it it is not difficult. You can check the ideas of local craft stores. Search online for great deals, eBay and other auction sites. Oriental Trading is a great place to start looking. They offer great items at much less cost.
5. Search for wedding favors inexpensive. If you marry during the spring or summer can make the flower seed packets as favors. Another unique idea for favors is a marker with a custom written poem, quote or Bible verse that has an important meaning for you and your husband.
6. Buying a wedding dress is on sale. Get a wedding in low season (usually September to February), when the bridal shops are slashing their prices to make room for new inventory. Another option is to look for wedding dresses at online auctions like eBay. Try look in the classified ads too. Be open and try other avenues. Do not think that just because you did not receive your wedding dress from a wedding boutique, quality will be reduced.
7. Choose the bridesmaids dresses store retail boutique instead of a wedding or bridal shops, is much less expensive. Aides will thank you too, since I'm sure they have their own budget to consider as well.
8. In setting priorities in planning a budget, wedding photos and video usually top the list. Most couples do not want to skimp on this. Be cautious when choosing your photographer and videographer. Since you will have an outdoor wedding, make sure that who decides is very experienced and can work with natural light. Ask to see pictures from a previous client and videos Test your work.
However, if the images are not a priority for you and you do not want to overpay for these services, then another option is going to a local campus or university near you and take a picture of the principal if he / she would do the service for you. Students are paid much less than the professionals. Just be careful and make sure you are getting good. Ask if they can demonstrate that their portfolios.
Placing a disposable camera each table for guests to use during the reception is another source of wedding photos. But do not expect high quality images. From my experience, the photos show times as a result of bad quality, depending on the light available. If used outside with a good outdoor lighting, the results are good. Images taken indoors are of poor quality due to lack of good lighting.

9. Rent a classic or a convertible car rather than hiring a limousine for a wedding car. Have a friend or a relative have the privilege of a driver here. This could greatly reduce the cost of the wedding in general.
10. Make your wedding events in one place. Choose a nice country club for wedding reception, making the wedding ceremony on your lawn professionally landscaped (usually also have kiosks that can be used as a place to exchange vows) and have all the pictures of the wedding party in the same place too. This would save much time and effort, not only for yourself but also for the guests. After the ceremony, guests may proceed to the country club for cocktails, while the party Wedding professionals can have their photos taken. What do you think of this idea – get an art student to decorate my wedding?
I'm with a very tight budget. For my wedding I had the idea of maybe I could pay a student of art & design student or something to decorate the venue of the wedding. Obviously, I would give him guidelines and not too out there. The advantage would be that they are paid a small amount and have the pictures for your portfolio or whatever. I'd like to get a design creative at a lower price? I would supply the materials they need. What do you think.
What about this idea – it does pay the appropriate fee and stop dealing with people to work for peanuts.
